Water Service Account Policy Update - Effective July 1, 2026

To ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance, our Water Service Account policy is being updated. Effective July 1, 2026:

  • All water service accounts must be in the legal name of the property owner(s).

  • Prior to establishing new service, the property owner must provide a filed Warranty Deed showing ownership of record.

  • Tenant or renter accounts will no longer be permitted.
