Bill Payment Options
Looking for the most convenient way to pay your bill? We offer a wide variety of payment options to our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs... Payment Options...online payments should be made 2 days prior to the due date to avoid penalties or disconnection. ALL PAYMENTS ARE PAST DUE AFTER THE 15TH OF EACH MONTH. CUT OFF IS ON THE 16TH OF EACH MONTH FOR ALL DELIQUENT BALANCES. LACK OF PAYMENT AND PARTIAL PAYMENTS WILL BE LOCKED. A $60.00 DELIQUENT FEE PLUS ENTIRE BILL IS DUE TO RESTORE SERVICE. IF LOCKED, SERVICE WILL BE RESTORE BY THE END OF THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. CHECK PAYMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR DELIQUENT ACCOUNTS.
Upcoming New Water Billing Card
Dear Customers and Members,
We are happy to announce a transfer to a new billing software system. This change will result in a new account number for all members, as well as a new billing card.
This change will go into effect on January 1, 2026, so please be on the lookout for your new bill at the end of January.
