New Online & Phone Payment System

Smith’s Crossing Rural Water Association is pleased to announce the implementation of Nexbillpay, a secure and convenient electronic payment platform fully integrated with our billing system. This new service provides customers with flexible, 24/7 access to manage and pay their water bills.

With Nexbillpay, customers can:

• View billing and payment history

• Make one-time or recurring Auto-Pay payments

• Pay online, by mobile device, in office, or by phone (24/7)

• Receive email or text payment reminders

• Enroll in paperless billing

• Use Text-to-Pay for fast, easy payments

Payment Processing Fees
Please note that payment processing fees are now the same for online, phone, and in-office card payments:

• $0.01 – $200.00 → $2.50 fee

• Over $200.00 → 2.75% fee

This system improves customer convenience, payment flexibility, and account access while maintaining secure PCI-compliant payment processing.
